The Devonshire's Fee Schedule
The Resident fees are very reasonably priced. We take into account the level of care and services required to ensure they are happy and healthy, and the high quality residence and programming available. To discuss the fee schedule, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Trial Period
Residents are welcome to come to the Devonshire for a trial period before being asked to sign a formal contract. After the end of the trial period, residency may be terminated, by either party, with four weeks notice.
Our Rates
The cost of a room is based on the level of care a Resident requires and the type of accommodation needed. Below are details of what is included in our fees and optional extras. Fees include the following:
- Comfortably refurbished single rooms, most with en-suites that include:
- Call bell system
- Telephone and TV points
- Full room service
- 24 hour care
- Personal laundry service
- Home cooked meals (that consistently receive excellent reviews)
- Social and recreational activities including outings
Optional Extras
We are happy to arrange for any additional services required by the Residents. Here are some common examples:
- Hairdresser
- Personal Telephone
- Newspapers
- Beauty Therapist
- Drycleaning
